  • How do I place my catering order?

    – If you are our existing customer, you can simply place an order after logging in through our website with your account with us. 

    - If you are a New customer, Register a account with us, through the user icon on the website. Once done, we will reach out to you by a friendly email*

    – Alternatively call our friendly customer service on 9579 0725 or 0411 594 768 to place an order*

    – Send an order by email to info@cinnamoncatering.com.au*

  • Do I need to provide advanced notice when placing orders for corporate drop off catering?

    – To ensure that we can guarantee your order for corporate catering, we need it placed by 6pm on the business day prior to delivery

  • Do you cater for vegetarians?

    – Yes, we have a variety of delicious vegetarian options that can be built into your catering package on request

  • How do I pay?

    – We accept AMEX,  Visa & Mastercards. You can use your credit card / Debit card and make the payment when you place the order on our website. (1.4% surcharge on Cards)


    – We require payment when you place the order.

  • Is it too late to book your services?

    – It is never too late, we have been catering for over 20 years and we have learnt to expect the unexpected!


    – We will try our best to accommodate your needs


    – Cutoff for same-day delivery is 8:00 AM
